Why we built it

An AI agent can summarise ten filings in a minute. That is not research. Markets, earnings and news are outcomes; a report is worth paying for when it explains the process behind them, what comes next, and how you will know you were wrong. This skill is the method behind the research we publish, written down so an agent can follow it.

How a report gets made

  1. Kickoff: one falsifiable claim with its value per share, at least three facts the market has missed, and the price basis, financial period and filing cutoff fixed. No new facts, no report.
  2. Research lanes: financials, contracts, governance, peers and market, plus primary records beyond the 10-Q and the company's own statements over time. Every number is kept with its source, page and evidence grade.
  3. Debate: a bull agent and a bear agent argue three points each from the notes alone, then rebut each other once.
  4. Writing and judgment: ordered by the argument, every key number footnoted to the page, the company's own documents shown with the sentence boxed in red, valuation numbers from one model file, and a rating that can be settled.
  5. Audit: two adversarial rounds, including a skeptic who changes the inputs to see what would flip the rating, and a reviewer who opens the footnotes to check each source.
  6. Publish and watch: every call goes into a ledger, new SEC filings are checked against the conditions that would prove a call wrong, and each call is settled with one lesson.
