Acceptable use and abuse reports
The six prohibited content categories, how enforcement works, why GLM's private deployment is no exception, and how to report abuse.
Scope
The policy covers every request relayed through TopxAI on any line, route or API key, including end-user traffic of a product you build on it, which is your responsibility; a stricter upstream policy takes precedence. TopxAI does not provide any services to users located in mainland China.
Prohibited content
Six categories are prohibited:
Sexual and pornographic content, including "nudifying" a photo. Informative medical, scientific, educational and legal material is permitted.
Violence, gore and incitement: weapon or attack instructions, threats, extremist recruitment, gratuitous gore. Journalism, history, fiction and safety research without operational detail are permitted.
Hate speech and discrimination against protected groups.
Child sexual abuse material and the sexualisation or endangerment of minors; claimed age, art style or consent make no difference.
Deepfakes and impersonation: synthetic media of a real person without consent, phishing, forged documents, bots that deny being automated when sincerely asked. Clearly labelled parody of public figures that no reasonable viewer would mistake for real is permitted.
Copyright and trademark infringement, including reproducing paid content in substantial part and DRM bypass tools.
Malware, fraud, spam, illegal activity and bypassing safety systems (jailbreaks, prompt injection, evading filters or limits) are also prohibited.
GLM's private deployment
GLM-5.3-Abliterated is a fine-tuned GLM 5.3 with its refusal behaviour removed, served from a private deployment, not the vendor API. The same policy applies; its notice adds that it may produce biased, offensive or locally unlawful content and that you bear full responsibility for compliance and legal consequences.
Enforcement
Automated checks run before forwarding and keep no content. Measures match severity, frequency and intent, one or more in any order: warning, request blocking, rate limiting, key suspension, account termination (prepaid balance forfeited for wilful or repeated abuse, or for a material breach of the User Agreement) and referral to law enforcement. Child-safety violations end the account on the first request, without refund, and are reported to the authorities. Repeated upstream refusals count as an abuse signal; your keys are your responsibility until revoked.
To appeal, email support@topxea.com within 7 days of the notice with your account email, the key identifier and your reasons; a person reviews it while the measure stays in force. Child-safety decisions are final.
Reporting abuse
Use the help button at the bottom right of any page or email support@topxea.com. Include what happened and which category applies, when (with time zone), any key or request identifier, evidence, and how to reach you. Reports are acknowledged within 2 business days; those concerning the sexual abuse of a minor are handled first. A good-faith report never affects your own account, and your identity stays confidential unless the law requires otherwise. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
