Gift cards and credit codes
Buy a single-use credit code, redeem one on any account, and what the User Agreement says about refunds.
What a gift card is
A gift card is a single-use redemption code worth the USD amount you pay. It is not added to the buyer's balance. Whoever holds the code redeems it on any TopxAI account, which gains the card's value. A purchased card has no expiry date; codes issued by an administrator may carry one.
Buy a gift card
On Wallet, in the Gift cards panel, click Buy a gift card.
Enter Card value (USD), from $10.00 to $10,000.00, or use a preset.
Under Gift card payment method, pick Card / local payment (on topxea.com through Waffo) or Crypto · USDT / USDC (NOWPayments).
Click Buy gift card · $25.00 and pay as for a top-up.
The code is issued only after the payment is verified. It then appears under My gift cards as Unused, with a copy button, and under Gift card code in the order's Payment details. A Redeemed, Disabled or Expired card shows only its first 8 characters.
Redeem a code
On Wallet, in the Add credit panel, scroll to Redeem a code under the checkout form.
Paste the 32-character code into Enter your code and click Redeem credit.
You see "$25.00 added to your balance." (your amount). The entry is listed in Statement as Redemption code.
Each code adds its value once. Submitting it again from the same account shows "This code already added $25.00 to your balance." and adds nothing. An expired, disabled, already used or mistyped code fails with one message: "Could not redeem this code. Check the code and try again. Retrying cannot add credit twice." TopxAI does not say which happened. Redemption is rate-limited per account and IP.
TopXEA also sells TopxAI credit codes on topxea.com. A code bought there shows on the order page after payment and is emailed to you; redeem it the same way.
Refunds
The User Agreement, section "Payments, credits and refunds", sets the position:
A top-up is credited only after TopxAI verifies the payment with the payment provider. Returning from checkout does not confirm receipt.
Underpaid, failed or refunded payments are not treated as successful top-ups.
For payment corrections or refund requests, contact support with the order identifier; applicable law and the verified payment status govern the outcome.
Unused credits do not expire while the account remains in good standing. They are forfeited if the account is terminated for a material breach of the User Agreement, or for wilful or repeated abuse under the Acceptable Use Policy.
Credit codes sold on topxea.com carry one more line: once redeemed, the credit stays in the account and cannot be refunded.
